Tar Productions is a full service boutique video, film and new media production company. We handle everything from concept to delivery, covering all aspects of production for outlets such as broadcast, cable, mobile, web, DVD and Blu-Ray DVD authoring and replication. Additionally, Tar Productions has all the resources to shoot film, HD and 2K and 4K High Definition with the ability to deliver in any format, reaching any market wether it be broadcast, DVD or web. Tim Ryan is an active member on the San Diego Filmmakers association and participates in many of their board meetings, networking events and various other special programs.
